Iowa Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Exploitation of 12-Year-Old

On January 6, 2025, at around 2:10 PM, the Ottumwa Police arrested Jean-Baptiste Stinfort, a 57-year-old resident of 202 S. Ward, Ottumwa. Stinfort faces serious charges in connection to the disturbing case, including Human Trafficking, classified as a Class “A” Felony, and Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree, categorized as a Class “B” Felony.
