During the stop, 34-year-old Michael William Bushaw of Oelwein was found to be in possession of illegal substances and resisted law enforcement, leading to his detention. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, 31-year-old Chelsea Leann Hersh of Waterloo, and Bushaw were violating a valid no-contact order.
